New Editor Suggestions Panel
Communication, of course, is at the heart of everything we stand for. Being able to communicate effectively within the project is also essential for clear and concise workflows. The full suggestion panel has undergone a minor overhaul this month. We’ve improved the way translators can view suggestions to make workflows more natural.
What does this do?
Improving the organization of communication within the document improves overall project cohesion and delivery. This is an evolution derived from the observation that teams need clearer and more well-defined channels to communicate within the project or document.
Why this is useful
Organization is our key focus here. Being able to quickly access relevant feedback or communication relevant to your work phase will save you a lot of time and make it easier to pick up where you left off.
Glossary Improvements - Filter Optimization
We’ve noticed that the Glossary page is being used much more frequently than we expected. Not only as a standalone page to keep your project glossary organized, but also as an ever-evolving part of the ongoing relationships between translators, localization managers, and translation buyers.
Therefore, it is important to have the ability to inspect the glossary and any changes to it with dynamic filter options.
What does he do?
When you start creating new terms in your glossary, you can filter those terms based on different criteria. We’ve added glossary filtering options by language, created by author, modified by author, date created, last modified, and status.
Why this is useful
As your glossary evolves throughout the project or engagement, you will have the ability to inspect, adjust, remove, add, and analyze different components of your glossary. This makes it easier to find new ways to do it and, consequently, optimize results more directly.
